Hello there!
I'm Christy, a former college instructor turned online educator with a passion for sparking curiosity and fostering learning in young minds. With a master’s degree in Human Development & Family Science and over a decade of teaching experience, I've honed my skills in creating engaging and educational experiences.
In my previous role, I utilized memoirs to inspire deep discussions and personal insights among my students. Now, I'm excited to bring that same enthusiasm for learning to my online classes, where we'll explore everything from graphic novels tailored for tweens to book clubs featuring inspiring characters. Plus, as a travel enthusiast, I know firsthand the value of exploring new cultures and perspectives, which is why I offer virtual travel adventures as part of our learning experience.
